Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (CFO & CCO) and Office Manager to support two senior executives and own day-to-day operations and workplace experience of the New Haven office.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders
- Prior exposure to board, investor, or public-company operating cadence
- Exceptionally organized and detail-driven
- Strong communicator who can interface confidently with executives, vendors, and internal stakeholders
