Requirements

• Proven expertise in LED lighting design, control systems, and fixture layout.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field.
• 5+ years in lighting systems, particularly LED and controls
• Experience with CAD software and lighting design tools preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor others
• Background in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
