• Proven experience in retail investment sales, insurance, real estate, or high-ticket brokerage
• Comfortable on camera for webinars and commanding in a room for live events
• Ability to explain ROI, tax incentives, and the mechanics of green investments to everyday investors
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the 'hunt' of closing a deal
