They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how he or she approaches their role at Green Brick Partners. To sell new homes for profit and provide excellent service to all of our prospects and customers.
Requirements
- Commitment to the COMPANY and diligent employment in promoting home sales
- Traffic and Sales Generation, with a focus on maintaining a sales performance level and achieving a certain number of net sales per month
- Customer Service, including weekly follow-up calls and post-closing visits
- Model Home and Community Maintenance, including ensuring model homes are open during business hours and maintaining a professional appearance of model homes
- Learning and Development, including attending and participating in periodic training engagements
- Competition Studies, including compiling market study information and making recommendations on changes needed in the product line
- Safety Compliance, including following all safety rules established by the company
