Patient Access Representative

Greater Regional is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work a flexible schedule primarily in our Urgent Care and ER. This position arranges for the efficient and orderly registration of patients, making certain accurate patient information is collected.

Requirements

• Answering phone calls in a clear professional manner
• Greeting patients and visitors as they enter the facility
• Provide patient with billing and payment information
• Maintains patient records according to HIPAA guidelines
