Membership Team Member

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is looking for a Membership Team Member to join their team. The team member will provide customer service support to members, program participants, and guests, and build strong relationships with members and guests of all ages.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Ability to reconcile shift transactions
• Willingness to live out the mission of the Y
