Previous supervisor experience, food safety knowledge, good math and reading skills

1+ year baking experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of yeast/pre-ferments a plus

Experienced cook with knowledge of various cooking methods, commercial kitchen equipment, and sanitation procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills are required

Cook experience required. Knowledge of cooking procedures is important. Basic kitchen equipment skills and sanitation knowledge are a must

Minimal experience preferred. Strong communication and problem solving skills are key. Must be able to stand and lift up to 30 pounds and comply with food safety procedures

High school diploma or equivalent, college-level coursework in food service/management, 1 year food service experience and related experience. Must pass a food safety and production exam

Cook experience is needed. Knowledge of cooking methods (grilling, etc.). Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment. Good sanitation and teamwork skills are essential
