Job Description
We are looking to add a VP of Sales to our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee Sales teams' operations and strategies and be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies.
Requirements
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Accountable to sales and marketing performance with monthly and quarterly performance reports to CRO
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 5+ years' of experience in sales
- Strong AV background and understanding of the industry
- Strong leadership skills
