Patient Coordinator

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting or calling the dental office, providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using dental practice management software and general office applications
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
