Job Description
Graylog builds the AI-powered SIEM and log management platform that security and IT teams rely on to quickly catch threats, investigate with clarity, and control data costs — all without trade-offs. We're a people-first company with a remote-friendly culture, and we're seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own and scale our end-to-end revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a related GTM operations role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gainsight and Zendesk
- Proven track record of building and scaling revenue operations processes and systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience partnering with senior GTM and Finance leaders
