The VP, Account Services is a senior leadership role responsible for driving new business, overseeing multi-account production operations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality creative work across Key Art, Social, and integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative production, entertainment marketing, film/TV, gaming, or related fields
• Proven experience leading high-volume campaigns in key art, social, and motion/digital production
• Strong understanding of creative, production, and operational workflows
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Proficiency in Airtable and modern project management platforms
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach
