Vice President, Claims

Gravie is seeking a Vice President, Claims to lead the teams responsible for end-to-end processing of medical and pharmacy claims, ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulations, and develop strategies to improve the cost, quality, and efficiency of health plans.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in health plan operations at a TPA or carrier
• Deep subject matter expertise in medical claims
• Ability to lead, support and develop front-line supervisors and managers
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration
