Graphite is a code review platform for modern software engineering teams. The company is looking for a Founding Account Executive to help scale their enterprise pipeline and sales effort.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of selling enterprise developer tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Technical enough to communicate fluently with engineering leaders about the product’s features and benefits
- Willing and excited to get their hands dirty as an IC (vs. hiring a team immediately)
- Organized, quantitative, and iterative - constantly tracks, measures, and improves upon their own processes
- Scrappy and autonomous - solves problems independently and efficiently
- Ownership mentality - demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond & roll up your sleeves to achieve desired outcomes
