Component Engineer

Graphcore is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Component Engineer to join its Manufacturing Operations team in the UK. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, component suppliers, and external contract manufacturers to support the specification, selection, and sourcing of components for product manufacturing.

Requirements

• In-depth working knowledge of BOM management and sourcing systems
• Excellent electronics knowledge and familiarity with component parameters and datasheets
• Good understanding of PCB manufacturing and SMT assembly processes
• Ability to understand the interaction and dependencies between silicon, package, and PCB design
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in using data analysis and reporting tools
