Senior Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

Borg is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a small, collaborative team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining complex web applications, including data aggregation, backend systems, and APIs. The company focuses on revolutionizing information access by making it accessible to anyone, regardless of background or complexity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementing complex, high-availability, and high throughput backend systems.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing complex user flows on web.
• JavaScript experience, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and scientific python.
• Deep expertise in at least one of major web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django, aioHTTP, Pyramid, etc.).
• Experience with building scalable APIs and optimizing performance of complex SQL queries touching millions of data points.
