Product Technologist Fruit and Vegetable Ingredients

VZ International, with production sites across Europe and the Americas, is seeking a skilled Food Technologist to join their R&D department in Roosendaal. The role focuses on developing innovative fruit and vegetable ingredient solutions, optimizing production processes, and providing technical advice to customers. The position involves working within a fully equipped pilot plant and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
• Experience in product development within the food industry and with fruit and vegetable products.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetable processing methods.
• Knowledge of regulations and quality standards (such as BRC, HACCP, and ISO).
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
