Job Description
Grant Thornton is seeking a Transaction Tax Manager to lead innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance on M&A projects for multiple clients. The role involves managing tax aspects of acquisitions, dealing with tax authority, assisting with due diligence, and analyzing client tax attributes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in US GAAP and have experience in mergers and acquisitions tax services.
Requirements
- Manage, develop, train, and mentor Senior Associates, Staff, and Interns.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders during engagements.
- Assist in tax due diligence and advisory for clients.
- Conduct tax analysis and research.
- Assist with project development and client pursuit.
