Job Description
Grant Thornton is seeking a Privacy Program Manager to join the Chicago, IL office. This role will spearhead privacy program matters, working closely with legal and technology teams, and improving the firm's privacy compliance practices. The role focuses on operationalizing policies, tools, and risk management frameworks to enable the firm to manage privacy risks effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as a privacy professional
- Substantial experience using privacy management frameworks
- Knowledge of fair information practice and data ethics principles
- Ability to plan and implement changes impacting the business
- Knowledge of privacy management tools
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Excellent power point and excel skills
- Must be a certified in privacy
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Limited travel may be needed
