Job Description
Granite State Manufacturing (GSM) is seeking motivated Class C Welders for its first-shift position on the Manchester, New Hampshire site. The role provides an entry-level opportunity to learn under the guidance of certified professionals, working with processes like GTAW, SMAW, and GMAW. You will contribute to the production of Navy submarine components and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of welding or fabrication experience
- Basic familiarity with welding safety, tools, and equipment
- Willingness to learn NAVSEA and EB-5341 welding requirements
- Ability to read and follow basic blueprints, instructions, and weld symbols
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Desire to grow into a fully qualified NAVSEA-certified welder
