Job Description
GSM is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to lead and develop a small team of engineers responsible for project management, resource allocation, and cost control. The manager will oversee the full engineering lifecycle, from initial RFQ to customer delivery, ensuring compliance and meeting project schedules while maintaining cost targets. This role involves building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Oversee the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate resources and job assignments.
