Job Description
Granite State Manufacturing (GSM) is seeking motivated Class C CNC Lathe Operators to join their precision machining team on first shift. This role offers entry-level opportunities for learning and growth in a fast-paced environment supporting national defense initiatives. Operators will work with advanced machinery such as Doosan VTLs, Mori SL and CL2000 series lathes, and Okuma LB4000 EX II.
Requirements
- Assist with machine setups, tooling, and material preparation.
- Operate CNC lathes and turning centers under supervision.
- Follow routers, setup sheets, and work instructions accurately.
- Maintain part cleanliness, proper documentation, and adherence to safety standards.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand GD&T fundamentals.
- Support 5S initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work area.
