Job Description
Operational Controls Coordinator responsible for managing documentation, reporting, and process coordination across multiple functions. Supports the team by acting as Subject Matter Expert for the Closeout Process, managing reporting tools, and providing administrative support to the VP of Preconstruction Services.
Requirements
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Closeout Process
- Managing reporting tools (Procore, Power BI) and maintaining project closeout data in Monday.com
- Providing administrative support to our VP of Preconstruction Services, including expense reports and travel coordination
- Assisting project teams with system navigation and troubleshooting across platforms
- Maintaining staffing data in Bridget Bench and supporting resource planning
- Drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improving internal workflows
