Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a motivated Overnight Front Desk Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. This role involves greeting, assisting, and resolving member concerns, promoting the club's 'Judgement Free Zone,' and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and safe environment. The associate will also assist with membership functions such as sign-ups, billing, and renewals.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a customer service environment
- Must be able to stand and move frequently
