Call Centre Manager- Safety Link

Manage a team of people who work flexible shifts on a 24/7 rotating roster of day, afternoon and night shifts including weekends. Lead a team that helps ensure the safety and well-being of individuals. Previous experience managing teams in high-pressure environments with targeted outcomes is required.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing teams in high-pressure environments with targeted outcomes
• Experience in HR related activities including workforce/recruitment, employee relations, training and development, rostering and workforce statistics
• Well developed leadership, supervision skills and demonstrated capacity in both program and staff management
• Well developed experience in Personal Emergency Response services
