Job Description
Graham Packaging is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for their York, PA location. The position involves effective installation, operation, and maintenance of plant production equipment and facilities, with a focus on preventative maintenance. The role is a night shift position, working from 11pm-7am, Sunday-Thursday.
Requirements
- Understand and follow established safety, health, quality, and company policies.
- Develop, monitor, and improve Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Up-and-or down the maintenance staff.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical machine deficiencies.
- Maintain and repair major maintenance issues.
- Order parts, standardize components, and maintain inventories.
