Maintenance Manager

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall plant maintenance and coordination of activities with other departments to produce quality products at a cost and schedule consistent with company policies, customer service and plant objectives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree and/or related maintenance experience
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
• Collaboration and teamwork
