Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communicator and detail-oriented
• Passion for serving children and families
• Ability to perform essential functions (sitting, standing, bending, lifting up to 45 lbs)
