Assistant Operations Manager - Queen & Collins

We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to assist with the management and coordination of all trades and contractors required to support the overall physical operational performance of our assets and the experience of our asset customers.

Requirements

• 3–4 years' relevant operational asset experience
• Trade or engineering qualifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines highly desirable
• Sound understanding of Building Codes, Australian Standards, OHS/WHS legislation, and essential services and statutory requirements
