Job Description
Join Gozem, a technological group in French-speaking Africa, as a Debt Recovery and Litigation Agent. Manage debt recovery from champions and cases of litigation, work with various teams, and contribute to the improvement of debt recovery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in law, finance, accounting, or management.
- Confirmed experience in debt recovery, claim management, or litigation, ideally in the service sector or credit sales.
- Master of debt management tools and payment tracking.
- Excellent negotiation skills, rigour, organization, and stress management.
- Mastery of French and/or English. Any other local language would be an asset.
