Network/Systems Engineer

GovCIO is hiring a System/Network Engineer for their NIH-CIT proposal. The position will be located in Bethesda, MD and is a remote/hybrid position.

Requirements

• Delivering optimal availability and quality regarding the wireless network services
• Participating in daily stand ups and utilizing the kanban methodology to triage and resolve incidents and problems within established SLAs
• Assisting with proactive measures such as network monitoring, analysis, maintenance/patching, and documentation
• Providing suggestions to management on continuous improvements in regards to communications, customer understanding, tools, technology, and equipment
