Job Description
Gould & Ratner LLP is seeking a Partner to lead an Environmental Practice, focused on Environmental Law, particularly CERCLA and M&A insurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience assessing environmental risk, handling hazardous waste disposal, and advising clients on environmental compliance issues. The firm represents a wide range of companies and provides direct client interaction and business development opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience practicing environmental law
- Experience with CERCLA, insurance procurement, and M&A transactions
- Experience with hazardous waste disposal (RCRA, superfund)
- Ability to work with environmental consultants and opposing counsel
- Familiarity with federal and state environmental laws (CWA, CAA, RCRA, TSCA, ESA)
