Job Description
As a Product Manager—Growth at Gojek, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the product vision and roadmap with a clear focus on optimizing promotional spend to maximize efficiency and ROI. You’ll work cross-functionally with Business, Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams, while also coordinating closely with Product Managers from other teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of product management experience
- Prior experience working with Data Products or Data Science teams is highly preferred
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Experience working within an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework
- Data-driven mindset with proven experience analyzing product performance
- Strong strategic and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with agile development processes and experience driving productivity within distributed teams is a plus
