LPN, Acute (Day Shift)

Gothenburg Health is seeking a full-time Acute Care Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse-Certified to provide direct patient care and contribute to the continuity and quality of care for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Conduct and document a thorough assessment of each patient's medical status
• Assist the RN with emergency and outpatient care
• Assist in developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan
• Provide regular patient status updates
• Complete required documentation in an accurate and timely manner
