Job Description
The Community Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide mental health care in West Oakland, CA. The clinic is committed to providing equitable access to mental health services for the BIPOC community and is seeking a role focused on depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns. The clinic is known for fostering a supportive work environment and utilizing advanced practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology
- Active LMFT license in the State of California
- Experience working with Adults
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Cultural competency for the BIPOC community
