Job Description
Our community health clinic in Oakland is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead their onsite pharmacy team. This role is focused on delivering safe, efficient, and compliant pharmacy services to support the health of local patients. The successful candidate will develop and maintain policies, supervise staff, and manage budgets, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- PharmD or BPharm degree
- Active California Pharmacist License
- Proven management or supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and clinical best practices
