Associate Mental Health Therapist (ACSW / AMFT / APCC)

This role offers an opportunity for a Registered Associate to join an Alameda-based IBH program, supporting individuals with behavioral health needs. The position involves care coordination, client assessment, and collaboration with internal and external resources. It emphasizes a team-based, collaborative care approach within a hybrid community-based and clinic setting.

Requirements

• Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW/ACSW) in the State of California
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health, case management, or social services
• Familiarity with Alameda County systems of care (Medi-Cal and community-based resources)
• Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive service delivery
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with both clinical and non-clinical team members
