Job Description
Gordon Truck Centers (GTC) is seeking a Diesel Technician / Mechanic to lead the shop’s operations, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel vehicles, and fostering a safety-conscious team environment. Training opportunities are available with a focus on skill development and best industry practices.
Requirements
- Run diagnostic tests and analyze results.
- Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions.
- Determining unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies.
- Testing and repairing equipment after repair or assembly.
