Job Description
Google is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, ML, Compute Platform to develop embedded software, diagnostics tests, and tools for inhouse SoCs, machine learning systems, and compute servers. The role involves providing technical leadership, influencing and coaching a distributed team, and facilitating alignment across teams. The engineer will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in software development
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
- 5 years of experience working with embedded operating systems
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture
- Experience with embedded systems, ARM processor and Linux
