Senior Software Engineering Manager for YouTube, responsible for technical leadership, team management, and project goals. Requires 8+ years of software development experience and 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization (preferred)
