Senior Software Engineering Manager, AI/ML GenAI, Google Workspace

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our AI/ML GenAI team and drive technical project strategy, large-scale ML infrastructure optimization, and state-of-the-art GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in software development, 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, and 2 years of experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role
• 2 years of experience with state of the art GenAI techniques
