Senior Back End Wafer Processing Equipment Engineer, Raxium at Google. Maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of semiconductor back-end processing equipment, specializing in bonding, CMP, plating, and grinding tools. Collaboration with engineering teams for equipment upgrades and new tool installations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- 8 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor processing equipment
- Experience with semiconductor equipment processes and automation systems
- Ability to manage vendor partnerships and lead equipment-related projects
