Financial Analyst, Real Estate

As a Financial Analyst, you will work with the Real Estate team to plan, manage, analyze and make investment decisions to support Googler office spaces around the world. You will be up to date with the latest economic and industry trends and apply knowledge around rates of return and investment performance to the projects at hand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree
• Experience in management consulting, real estate, investment banking, finance, or similar environment
• Experience in FP&A, financial modeling, planning, forecasting, budgeting or project management with a focus on process improvement and results delivery
• Experience in data analysis and visualization (e.g., design, build business performance reports and data visualization dashboards)
• Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortably dealing with ambiguity and providing grounded recommendations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate effectively to influence executive leadership
