Assistant Store Manager F/T

The Assistant Store Manager will assist in the overall store operations of a Goodwill Southern New England location, including collections, sales, financial performance, loss control, and personnel management. The role involves supervision of store associates, community service workers, and potentially large purchases like donations. This position requires weekend, evening, and holiday work, operating within a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of related experience, or 18+ years of age with 18+ years of experience.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles (Microsoft Excel and Word).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
