Production Supervisor Team Lead -Carrollton

Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee all aspects of textile and hard goods production. The role involves training and managing staff, maintaining production quotas, researching items, and ensuring quality control. Requirements

• Ability to adhere to the organization's Core Principles
• Knowledge of textile, hard goods, and new goods articles as related to quality and classification.
• Knowledge of production, inventory and quality control and the ability to compile and analyze data for reporting systems.
• Level 3: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Level 3: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Level 3: Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Level 4: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
