Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for performing various accounting functions, including verifying cash, credit/debit card payments and meal calculations, compiling and posting financial documents and reconciling invoices. The role requires strong analytical, accuracy, efficiency, and solution-oriented skills.

Requirements

• Two years of college education or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 1 year experience
• Valid Real ID driver's license and automobile required
• Strong analytical, accuracy, efficiency, and solution-oriented skills
• Must be a US Citizen, as defined by US Navy security guidelines
• Required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) within 90 days of date of hire, pursuant to US Navy security guidelines
