Requirements
- 2-10 years as leader or member of Growth/Lifecycle/CRM team(s) at hypergrowth tech companies, ideally B2C marketplace
- Strong experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize user journeys
- Deep familiarity with tools for sending communications and data analysis & reporting: Celevertap, Twilio, Sendgrid, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar
- Significant experience with SQL
- Comfortable ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in funnel conversion
- Advanced written and spoken English
