Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is always one step ahead. Provide day-to-day admin support to the executive, strategically manage their time, and thrive in chaos. Assist with creating and drafting content for agendas and presentations, and help with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience assisting an executive
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent professional demeanor with the ability to work with a wide range of levels and management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google workspace and Slack
