GoodHabitz, a fast-growing Ed-Tech company in Europe, is seeking a CS Operations Manager to optimize and scale customer operations, drive customer satisfaction, and retention through data-driven insights and streamlined processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related field
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle management, and best practices in Revenue Operations
- Exceptional analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and customer success platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
