We are transforming into an AI-first engineering organization and are looking for a Senior Java Backend / DevOps Engineer to guide AI agents to design, test, and deploy our high-scale gaming systems. The role involves architecting and orchestrating scalable Java microservices, leading AI agents, accelerating DevOps, modernizing and evolving platform services, and shaping the future of our engineering processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Java backend development with deep expertise in distributed systems, high-load architectures, and the cloud-native stack (AWS, K8s, Docker)
- Architectural mindset with the ability to design clean, resilient, and scalable systems
- Strong analytical skills to decompose complex problems into precise instructions
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
- Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a radically accelerated environment
