The Operations Manager will oversee the planning, organizing, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, and cleanliness.
Requirements

- Ensure compliance with health and fire regulations
- Achieve company objectives through training and creating a positive work environment
- Monitor food preparation and presentation
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel
- Review financial statements and performance data
- Maintain food and equipment inventories
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
- Plan menus and food utilization
- Organize and direct worker training programs
- Administer corrective action for policy violations
- Continually develop staff in managerial and professional development
- Order and purchase equipment and supplies
- Review work procedures and operational problems
- Assess staffing needs and recruit staff
- Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Record sales and analyze recipes
- Coordinate with fellow employees to meet guests' needs
- Fill-in for fellow employees as needed
